The Greek word telos describes the intended outcome toward which something is moving. In real estate, the closing table may mark an ending, but it is rarely the true purpose.

For our clients, that outcome may be a well-positioned sale, a first home, a distinctive residence, a smaller property or a coordinated sale and purchase. Our work connects those goals to pricing, marketing, due diligence and the terms negotiated at the closing table.

Vanessa leads market analysis, pricing, property presentation, negotiation and inspection strategy. She reviews reports with clients, helps acquire contractor bids and evaluates the financial and contractual implications of repair requests. Raul coordinates showings, transaction documentation, deadlines and follow-up, maintaining an organized process across the parties.
