VANESSA’S ROLE

Seller coordination and development positioning.

Vanessa personally brought together three sellers to assemble a development opportunity on Julian Street. She engaged the architect and used the architect’s rendering to help prospective developers visualize the site’s potential.

The assembled property was sold to a developer who went on to build an eight-story project, now known as The Julian at 1515 Julian Street in Denver.

Vanessa’s role centered on assembling the sellers, bringing in architectural expertise and arranging the sale to the developer. The developer carried out the subsequent construction.

VANESSA’S ROLE

From design decisions to construction oversight.

For the renovation of her own home on 37th Avenue, Vanessa selected the materials, hired the contractor and oversaw construction. The work opened the floor plan, exposed and restored brick, renovated the kitchen and restored the floors.

The project paired a more open layout with the home’s existing character. HGTV’s New Spaces followed the entire renovation, documenting the transformation from beginning to completion.
